I want to remove both airbags and install a new steering wheel, can anyone give me some help on how to go about doing it. Thanks.

Unhook the battery and take off the two bolts that hold on the Air bag on the drivers side. The Passenger side you have to pretty much remove the dash i believe to get to the bolts on the back side of the air bag.

 

Swapping a steering wheel isn't real hard, but you need a puller. I also had to clearance the steering column cover a little.
Be sure to disconnect the battery before you mess with the airbag.
