I'm looking at a 95 Z-28 with an A4, and 140K miles. Is that too many? They are asking 4995. I know some people have more miles than that with no problems, but on the whole how many before an engine or tranny rebuild?

I didnt know your cars came witha 5 speed automatic with over-drive.. .... Mileage rounds out to 15,555 a year...Not bad....Ask for a CARFAX, for any accidents/floods/etc..... Look at the car real good for body work....Lift the back carpet in the truck area for repair work on the quarter panel...etc.....

Test drive at city and highway speeds.... Check for unusual sounds, ie rear end whine, front wheel hubs humming.etc...

If you are comfortable with the price and car... Its to your choosing....
