need response fast, rear spring question

I am trying to install an airbag in my rear/right spring. I have the spring out and the bag installed and ready to go back in. The shock is also unbolted from the rear end. I still can't get the rear to drop low enough to put the spring in with no pressure on it. Whats the deal here??? When I installed my springs and shocks a long while ago everything dropped out and dropped in... Do I need to unbolt the driver's side shock too?

I disconnected both the driver's and passenger's side shocks. I also used a sping compressor. Your case might be different since I have drag launch springs.

Edit-I also removed the shocks to give me more room.
