Arrow Need power door lock help.... (wiring)

I had a problem with power door locks not working a while ago. I found out that some wires were cut and wired to an alarm that was not connected. So I removed the alarm wires and reconnected the original wires. This resulted in the following condition:

ONLY driver side DL can be controlled with both passenger and driver side switches.
After some further examining, I found that all the wires leading to the passenger side are fine, except the TAN wire that goes from the driver side to the passenger side actuator. I found that the wire is disconnected right near the door to interior pass. I could not find the other end, however, I jumped this wire to the interior side of it and I still don't get continuity on the actuator side. What can I do? I've pretty much taken all the interior appart and I can't figure out what's wrong. Any easy way to fix this besides running a new wire? (PITA)
Thanks!
