need a part name (for rings on timing cover)

anyone got the names for the rings/seals on the timing cover (rings around the cam, crank and water pump hole). i want to replace them but first i have to know what theyre called exactly...
thanks for any help.

Opti Seal (middle)
Water Pump Drive Seal (top)
