Need an Odd Part Number

I need a GM part number if possible for the metal flex tubing that goes from the passenger exhaust manifold to the back of the intake on a '95. Also gaskets for it if they are not included with the tube.

My old one was causing me grief when I pulled the manifolds and it had an accident and got destroyed somehow.

Thanks in advance!
