I am fixing to a motor and replacing it with a built one and I wanna get prepared for it ...

What I am wanting to get figured out is what all is gonna need to be disconnected ...Everything no matter how obvious it would be...Just in case...

It will be pulled from the bottom so there may be a few more things needed to be disconnected going that route...Thanks Guys

Ok what all besides the engine harness, fuel lines, radiator hoses and steering knuckle?????

 

Going by memory:

Harness inside the car.
Fuel lines.
Power steering hose. (unless you unbolt the reservoir from the body and leave it on the engine)
A/C compressor.
Radiator hoses.
Brake lines.
Sway bar
Cradle bolts
Top strut bolts
Exhaust
Braided ground strap
Tranny cooler lines

That's about it.

 

Disconnect the brake lines from??? And the braided ground strap is???

 

throttle cable
Are you pulling as a combo? or just motor

You can see a picture here of the filthy piece of crap I took out a while back. You can see what I disconnected in it.

 

So disconnect the brake lines from the ABS block??? and the tranny lines to the front of the car????????
