Need info on engine stutter
I need info on possible causes for hesitation.
The car starts and runs great for about 30 to 40 minutes then it starts to act like it is running out of fuel. The fuel pressure would drop so I replaced the pump. The pressure is good now but the stutter still persists.
The problem seems to be heat related and can almost be clocked at 30 minutes.
The only other abnormality is that the skip-shift light comes on whenever it wants. ie; it will come on at 85 mph, stay on a minute and go off.
The car is a 1994 Z-28 mild mods.
