need help by tomorrow PLEASE

Okay I just installed jet hot headers last weekend and this week I have scanned the o2 sensors and one of the o2s was showing a very lean condition and the other one was alright then today the other o2 shown a lean condition. I know I have a leak at the y pipe but this should not be causing all of this. I extended the o2s by splicing in some spare wire I have but after today I don't think that is the problem. I am working on the car tomorrow I need help as soon a possible please.

Something is probably leaking, most likely "upstream" of the lean O2 sensor. But sometimes a downstream leak can cause this. Check everything.

Seems illogical, but I have seen it. It happens under idle/light load, at least when I have seen it. Maybe someone has an explanation?

Well I hope it truly is not a leak from the engine down to the sensors but maybe it could be the drivers side extended tube. But the problem with that theory is that the pasenger side does not have this tube. I was wondering if the extending wires would be a problem at all. or if my sensors are bad. but I really need to know for tomorrows car repair day.
