need help with TFS heads

I am ready to install my heads and i need to know for sure if they are interchangable between each side of the motor. i am 99% sure they are and they have holes on each end for the steam pipe, but i noticed diff castin numbers. i am thinking that the numbers are just for production run info and and nothing to do with the part numbers. am i right? cna i throw either head on either side?

Yep you can... just look at the ends of the heads and if they have a plug in the holes on the ends then install that end on the front.

Re: need help with TFS heads

Just remember that the temp sensor hole on the TFS heads 1/2 inch. the sensor is 3/8. Will need to get a reducer to adapt for the sensor. Found this out the hard way on a buddie's TFS head install on his 95Z. Good luck
