Need Help... Which side of head gasket is up?

Need Help... Which side of head gasket is up?
I am using the Impala head gaskets and there is no marking telling which side is up.
Everything I have read says that the yellow tab side is up, but there is no yellow markings on these gaskets.
Any idea?
