i previously installed a CC305 cam in my LT1. i did not change the springs or anything else, i left everything stock but the cam. i needed to know if the stock springs were good enough for this cam. ive been having trouble with it since the install and some say it is because of the springs that it does this.

also i wanted to know where i could find info on installing roller rockers and adjusting the springs, im thinking of going with some 1.6s. if i change the springs. by the way what springs do you all recommend.

 

Stock springs are only good to .490..
Not sure about the CC305 but I believe it exceeds that?

I wouldnt even drive the car, change the springs and rr dont be lazy trhat will cost you prob in future...
