need help hooking up intake manifold

My head swap is finally coming to a close and I lost or someone threw away everything that I wrote down. I need help identifying what wire goes where. like the vacuum ports etc..

There should be a vacuum diagram on your radiator cover. There are lots of pics of stuff (though for a 95) on my Tech Page.
