Need Help with heads

The heads in the pictures below were done by a very reputable individual so I was concerned this morning when my engine shop sent me this e-mail. Is he correct in his assessment of the heads.

In pic #1 you can see how rough surface finish is. Needs to be resurfaced. There are also areas on head that when they resurfaced did not clean up all the way.
In pic #2 you can see exhaust seat is wider on one side then the other
In pic #3 you can see blueing is still showing on some parts of valve seat this is where the hit seats when porting. Valve will not seal
The valve seat should be .040 or .060 on intake and .060 or .080 on exhaust, some of these seats are as wide as .125. This valve job was done with stones and not very well done

In the short of all this heads need a valve job and resurfaced. It may need guides can't check with grease in them. Did not want to wash them until you could see (dye will wash off)

Pic one I understand they have been sitting around for a while
