One of my fog lights is cracked (the lens and the bulb), thus it no longer works. 2 questions:
1. I have to get my car Emissions Inspected tomarrow, would this (the broken fog light) be a hinderance?
2. How do I replace the fog light? I noticed that at autozone they sell pairs of fog lights not just one, and also, how do I know if it will work on my Camaro? Is it easy to install?

I would not expect an emissions test to involve foglights.
Any lights that autozone sells won't match the stockers so one won't do you much good.
Will it work on your Camaro? Yes. You will have to fabricate new mounts. Is it difficult? I didn't think so but it depends on your ability to do that kind of work.
