im parting out my car, and some boards members what some pieces, that i do not know how to take out.

1. airbags, both driver and passenger, how do i take out these mechanisms without triggering them? also, how do i saftly ship them?

2. shifter and the shifter mechanism beneith it, under the console.

3. ac compressor

4. headlight and wiper motors

5. steering column with the high beam/ low beam / wiper switch

 

sad to see you are parting out man. Are you getting another f-body? Well, the driver side airbag is held in by 4 torx bits BEHIND the wheel. They are kinda hard to get to. After those are out just disconnect the little clip. The pass. side i have no idea. The console has to be remove to get to the shifter. Just like three bolts. Then pull the little u clip out of the shifter (on the front bottom of it) with a needle nose plier or screwdriver. it just pops out. Then remove console. I dont know what to do after that but is should be kinda self-explantory i would think. AC comp. has a bolt in the back holding on the lines and then 3 more i think that actually hold it on. I am not sure though, so someone correct me if i am wrong. It is kinda hard to get at. The rest i dont know.
