Angry Need Help!!---dead ignition

I just got thru replacing the plugs with NGK's, fired it up and ran the valves, reinstalled the valve covers, and now it wont start. I pulled a plug wire and its definitely not firing. Any ideas? The coil and opti were replaced last year when I went thru the motor. Probably less than 6000 miles on them. Could it be the VATS(?) system? Any help is appreciated. I had to call in late for work. Least to say I'm alittle pissed off.

VATS will keep the starter from engaging and can kill the fuel injectors. so thats not it. it's proabably something simple. you can follow this link to test your system. I would start with the hot fused feeds for everything in the tets
