Need help with CODES...please!
Had a friend test drive my car last night. SO MANY PROBLEMS. Car running rich, hard starting, tranny slipage, choking. Anyhow, these are the codes.
p0401
p1910
u31500
p1185 FTS A INT
p1213 START INJ 1
really need help, don't know where to start, everything seems to break

P401 is problem is insufficient EGR flow. Check EGR system
P1185 Fuel pump tempertature sensor high
P1213 Start injector circuit malfunction
P1910 VSF A pressure output failed, low
I can't find a definition for that U code.
Wish I could tell you where to start on some of them. Maybe Shoe or Injuneer can help out.

Are you sure you got those codes right? None of them are in Shoebox's list???? Almost looks like the scanner gave you codes for all the items that don't exist on your car, like a fuel temp sensor (we don't have one), a cold start injector (we don't have one), and who knows what else.
The link above to AutoTap is for the "fill in your name to get info" form, not the code lookup list. Their code list used to be the best one around, but it no longer works for me. No matter what code you put in, it comes back "no matches" ????
And I've never seen a "U" code, so I have no idea what module the scanner was even looking at. I'd get it scanned again.

Here are some of the symptoms.
HARD starts - it takes like 20 seconds for car to start...it just turns over and over until it starts
choking- whlie giving constant gas around 1-2rpm car jerks and so do rpm.
choking2- car dies while giving gas then letting go in reverse, sometimes also forward while making U-turn
rich mix- ex-tips look black, looks like a rich mixture
trans slip- bad switches, doesn't switch, long switch, hard switch
SES light comes on sometimes then goes away, code was p0410 i think not p0401 i made a mistake.
these are just the beginning. I feel like giving up already
