Angry Need help, car won't start!

My car will not start, just did a LT install and installed new plugs. Won't start now, no spark at all. I used shoebox's opti and sparktest, and this is what I found.

I disconnected the ICM connector, and ran a dc voltage test to test connector's A and D. A ran a 5.08 DCV at a 20 scale.( the ignition is on the on position ) D ran a .03 DCV at a 20 scale. ( I've never tested electrical systems, so I'm still a newb) We went ahead and test B by cranking the engine and it ran a 10.4 through 10.8 ACV at a 200 scale. I know the module, opti, distributer is all new. The wire from the coil to the opti looked like it was stock, so I put a new one there, no dice. Also, sometimes when I turn it to the on position, the coil ( I think? ) make a noise. I tested the pink wire going to it and it ran something, can't remember what though.

Thanks guys, hope someone can figure this mess out. My guess was the coil, but as I said, I'm such a newb, I'm surprised I could do this. Also, the ignition system test connectors, I pulled apart the clip connected them ,and tested the one coming from the back of the engine. I didn't know if you had to disconnect them or not? Thanks!

Update

I was doing it wrong. I was testing it at the wire going to the opti on the pass. side. Sorry, still a newb =). Anyways, I pulled the plug on the icm, and had the ignition on the on position. Now, A and D pull at least 10v dc, which is good according to shoebox (a real man among men). I then tested the B terminal, with the engine cranking. I also had 1-4 volts ac, just as shoebox said. I replaced the coil, thinking that might be it, no dice. What else could it be? Since it is pulling 1-4 volts ac, the opti is cool right? I know the ICM was recently replaced, but could that have gone out again?

The only things I'm thinking that could be wrong are
-ICM
-Wire to opti from coil

anyone know?

Test the coil and ICM by pulling the coil wire off the opti end... leave it connected to the coil. Then turn the motor over to see if the wire sparks... same procedure as testing at the spark plug basically. If you have spark going to the opti but nothing coming out from the opti then Id suspect that is your problem... either with the opti itself or the harness.

Re: Need help, car won't start!

I'll be testing that tonite, thanks for the good idea! I had the opti replaced one month ago, and the wiring harness coming around the pass. side going into the opti was not in good shape. The plug going into the opti, one of the needles was pushed out, and the mechanic fixed it. Where could I buy one of these at? Also, the Ypipe I installed with the pacesetter headers is not slip fit over 3" hooker catbacks ( which I was told it would by pacesetter....). Will it be ok to run open Y-pipe to the exhaust shop? I'll have to pull the catback out ( I already cut it to the area where it needs to connect with the y-pipe) Is that hard to pull out? Thanks brothers!
