Need help with Car

I think a few things MUST occur before you can expect anything in your system to work correctly. For one, your vacuum level must be above 14 and closer to 20 would be a stock bottom end.

Two, fuel pressure at idle (if you can get it to idle) should be around 40PSI.

Three, I think the PCM will need to be tuned in one way or another to deal with the higher volume of air.

Perhaps your next course of action will be to test a few things like compression. Double check wiring maybe. If you can't find anything there, then maybe you should try returning to the stock set up. You may find by eliminating some new things, maybe something old has crapped out.

Last, perhaps some help from the component manufacturers or at least a company that specializes in the sort of thing you are doing.

I'll try moving vacuum/boost guage to somewere on the intake manifold since the place that it is now gonna check fuel pressure/lines/pumps see if i cant cancel anything out today.
