My #2 primary is real tight against the AC line on passenger side. I tried to slip a piece of heat shielding in there but it's so tight that I can't even get it in. I tried banging the AC line down a little more (it's already bent back quite a bit), but it's starting to kink. WTF DO I DO? I've driven the car for a week, and so far there's no problems but people are telling me that the line will burst.

 

Ever hear of a 1LE-delete pulley?

There's not a whole lot you can do bro. If I were you, I would discharge the system before it bursts, just to give you some time to figure out what to do.

 

If I just don't use the A/C will I be ok? I usually don't use it anyways, but with the summer coming up here in FL (when isn't it summer here ) I'd rather have it just in case it rains and its 90 degrees out.
