Need to disable A/C.

I need to disable my A/C until I get it recharged, what is the best way ...........pull the relay or can I unplug one of the switches on the hose?

If the pressure is too low, the pressure switch will 'disable' it for you..
If you want, popping the AC relay out will also do it..
