Need to choose an SFI approved harmonic balancer...help!

The new motor needs to go together very soon, and I'm now at the point where I have to have an SFI approved balancer.

The ATI and Fluidamper tend to go for ~ $380.

The Jegs unit w/ hub goes for $280.

My application: fully forged 383, will probably never see over 7000 RPM, nitrous motor. May one day go turbo, will most likely never see a supercharger. Street/strip setup, will see modest miles. Internally balanced motor.

Jegs is local to me (5 minute WALK from my house), and I have no problems w/ using their products; of course they sell the other two as well. I just really need a reason to go with whatever unit I choose. So far that $100 price difference on the Jegs unit has me leaning towards it. I just want something that will work and not give me any issues.

I love my ATI. And it fit like a glove, very nice tolerances.

I went with an ATI, and Jegs sucks ***. Luckely you are local and you can keep on them when a part is backordered. Those bastards canceled an order I made, and never emailed or called me to tell me. I called a month later wondering when my parts were going to arrive, and they tried to tell me I canceled the order. Very rude on the phone too. I will never buy from jegs again

I've always had a great experience with Jegs. I've never dealt with the mail-order side, as they have 3 stores in Columbus. I've spent thousands of dollars with them, they always call when my parts arrive, and have always been willing to spend the extra time needed to find the parts that work with my sometimes odd setups (3 hours straight once w/ an odd combo of about $40 worth of nitrous/fuel fittings).

At this point, I need convinced why I should buy an ATI/Fluidamper over the Jegs unit. I only want to purchase this item once, but $100 could be very useful elsewhere.
