NEED ASAP HELP Spark Plugs

Ok, How in the hell do i get the number 8 spark plug back in?

It may help to use a spark plug starter tool, which is kinda like a short piece of rubber hose that you can slip over the porcelain, holds the plug and you can then thread the plug in by hand.

Thanks, I put a piece of rubber over the plug and got it in after 3 hours ! Man my arms hurt a whole bunch.
