Part #5 has a leak and the parts stores haven't a clue what it's called.

Part # 16 I'm replacing since it's the original. Is it called the oil cooler bypass hose as indicated?

Main thing I need is the name to Part #5 since it decided to spring a leak yesterday. Thanks.
