NE one ever snap off the crank hub bolt?

Mine broke inside the crank, and I cant get in there to try to drill and tap it out. Any suggestions on how to get the bolt out without removing the engine to get a drill in there?
BTW its a Corvette, so its a little tighter in the engine bay.

I never broke one but I have ripped the threads out of it, pulled the radiator etc and drilled and tapped it.

The Corvette has the frame in front of the hub, so I tried to lift the engine up a little, still no room. I could take the motor mounts off and see if it will go down low enough to get a straight shot to the hub bolt.
