N2O and Hooker LT's

I have a bolt on A4 clocked at 41k with a GMMG catback, LT4 KM, 3.23's, MSD wires and plugs. I also have some Hooker LT's and Mufflex Y-pipe waiting to be installed within the next few weeks.

I now have the oppurtunity to by a Nos Dry kit for my LT1 (Not sure on the shot yet) for $200. Is this a wise move on an otherwise stock car or would a wet kit be a better investment. I was planning on waiting until next summer for a Cam or N20, but $200 is hard to beat.

What will the added power of N2O and LT's do to my Auto and rear? I am not sure what safety items come with this kit but I do know I need a window switch and fuel cut off.

Should I sell the LT's for the money and lose the trouble of the install and get the kit and make some cash and get more power or would N2O wreck my tranny and other components and just stick with a bolt on car till next summer

Kit was used on a 383 stroker, but the car got repo'ed.

I only plan on spraying on occasion, since no one ever wants to race me

Any suggestions and what would you do?

Sorry lots of questions since this was just dropped into my lap tonight.

Thanks
