After reading a lot of posts about trap speed, I have gotten to thinkin about mine. I know that some mods decrease the trap speed i.e. converter. But before i got my converter and cooler i was runnin 100.xx with just headers, exhaust, mass air meter, CAI, nittos, transgo shift kit, with a 2.73 gear.
But once i got the 2800 stall converter, it dropped to 98.xx or 99.xx (cant remember off the top of my head). Is this still ok, or is the trap still a little too low??? I dont wanna get the car tuned yet...cause i still have more to buy that will affect it (hot cam kit and gears).
