Is this normal. I get 0% at closed and my volts are good at .57, but it seems I'm hitting 100% on my logging and it's really only about 80% according to how much pedal I have left to the floor. My volts do still climb after it says 100% all the way to 4.67. Seems like I go into PE mode at half throttle and my setting is 66%.

I'm pretty sure thats normal. There are other variables like rpm and MAP that factor into 100% TPS.

Wouldn't you prefer it that way so that a floormat doesn't keep you from going WOT? I didn't check mine, but by feel it seems to go WOT at about 3/4 of the way same as you describe.

"WOT" is defined by a table in the PCM:

<2,800rpm 66% TPP
4,000rpm 38% TPP
5,600rpm 28% TPP
