My Next Mods HP/TQ Thoughts

Ok, most of my mods are in my sig. I have Lloyds Heads and the 227/233 XE cam. My latest dyno numbers were 351hp/333tq. The numbers are a little low, but I just had the car back together that day and it still needs some fine tuning. I am considering a couple of mods to squeeze a little more power out of it. I really want to get around 370-375 if possible. Here are the plans:
I currently still have the STOCK rear exhaust section on the car. Jet Hots, Hooker Y-Pipe and then stock exhaust with a crappy Flowmaster muffler in it. I should see some increase by going to the Hooker catback, correct? Any guesses on what kind of rwhp increase I would see? I imagine that this would be a worthwhile mod. Or..... Should I just keep the rear section as it and have a cutout installed between the Hooker Y-Pipe and stock rear section?
Next, I am considering buying the ASP pulley/balancer combo to try to get that extra bit of power. Is anyone running this pulley? Are the gains worth $145?
One more thing, I haven't done the TB bypass. Should I? I have the 160 stat and its pretty cold here right now.
I also have a air foil just laying around, is it worth installing or not? I wouldn't buy one, but since I have a free one it may be worth a try.
Thoughts/comments are welcomed. I would really like to improve my numbers a little. The car is running lean and the spark advance was at 46--- is this too high?

Umm, do you have a CAI? Thats a good 10-15 rwhp right there on your car. Regarding the catback thing...it would definitely be cheaper and worth a few more ponies to do a cutout, but I'd go with the hooker. I think when all is said and done you could be up to 380ish rwhp.

Yes, I have a Moroso CAI. I just forgot to list it. I have found a dyno tuner close to my area so I think that I am going to go that route with my tuning here pretty soon.

I think you would see some gains from a Catback system or a cutout. You can get a used setup for very little money but even a new one isn't bad.

Your loosing some of your exhaust flow due to the stock pipe diameter.

Definitely go for the exhaust or cut out.

NICE NUMBERS by the way. That's pretty impressive. What's the lift on that cam?
