Like speedy said it sounds like a bad pump check valve, how does the fuel pressure change when you rev it?

SO i sold it for 3500 the guy understood it had a fuel gremlin that was prob. due to a faulty fuel pump.
But he wanted it today. So i took 1k less than asking price just to be done w/ it.

Thanks Speedy , Mike and everyone else for your help im sure he will be very happy when he gets his new pump. He had a huge grin on his face after the test drive. So yeah..
