My injector ohms readings

I'v read that the injectors ohm readings should be 12ohms, mine all were 13ohms, whats this mean. Is that exceptable?

If they were all 13, I would say you are ok. May be a slight meter deviation. Did you check the base resistance or "zero out" the meter by touching the leads together before you started? Also a lower scale might give you a more precise reading. Your readings might have been rounded up to the next whole ohm.

Also, some of the less expensive meters aren't all that accurate.

It was awhile ago that I did it, pretty sure I touched the leads together to zero it out. I'll have to check them again with the meter set at a different/lower setting and see what I come up with. Thanks

They are fine, usually run 11.5 - 13 ohms depending on the coil temperature.

If your car is running, you must have had your meter set up wrong. Maybe you had it on the volts scale when you should have had in on ohms.
