My car stinks...

When the car has ran for a while it starts to smell. I don't know what it is, I think it has to do with the heater but I don't know how to get rid of it. When I deleted my A/C I never plugged those two holes in the heater core (box next to the PCM) I just stuffed them. I never put a proper threaded plug in it, could that be why? My is running very rich right now also...

Don't see what deleting the AC has to do with the heater core. Could you be refering to the evaporator coil?

Maybe you could clarify when you smell it. Is it only when the car heats up or for example, only when the ventilating fan runs? Is it something you can smell outside the car or only inside?

Have you looked for leaks around the engine that could be burning off? Also don't see a connection between the HVAC and the engine running rich. What condition indicates it's running rich?

On another note unrelated to this post and not being cruel, just a helpful suggestion. Please cut your signature down.

About the sig, I have 5 lines of mods and 2 lines for the car... I didn't think that was too much. Besides I like having my mods listed in case I ask questions I can just refer to my sig.

Anyway, when you delete the A/C there are two metal lines that screw into something next to the PCM (in that general vicinity). I thought that was part of the heater core but I could be wrong. I never plugged those holes, I just stuffed rags in them because I didn't know the proper thread. I've been meaning to do it but I just haven't. Could that be causing the smell?

I know my car is rich by the way the exhaust smells.

You can smell the stinky smell whether the vent fans are on or off, but with them on it smells more. There are so many things that could make a smell in my engine but I know everything is running good. I'm just worried if it can seep into the cabin somehow.
