my car died

twice in the past few days, its happened when im either slowing down or at a low speed and I hit the accelerator, the car just dies, the last time it happend it took a few minutes for it to start back up again, the car would turn over but wouldnt start, the opti has been changed, and the car has had a tuneup, but its probably been 15xxx miles ago atleast,or could this just be a bad fuel filter or bad fuel pump?

Re: my car died

Coil could be going bad, not to say that its the opti but keep it as a possibility. I like doing the easy, less expensive stuff first.
