My car backfires at low rpms!

My car keeps backfiring when i am cruising below 2000 rpm and give it throttle. If I get it above 2,000 rpm I can floor it but I cant even tap it below that. I just replaced the opti and that seemed to clear most my problems. Any ideas? It seems that its guzzling gas really fast too.

A scanner log would be most helpful. Otherwise, it will just be a lot of guessing.

Heres a scan, you can download data master from here to view it

http://www.ttspowersystems.com/softw...ta/EE-FULL.ZIP

Heres the log:

www.kak.com/camaro/Newrun.uni

I replaced the Y pipe with new O2 sensors and new extendors. I can't tell if there is an exhaust leak because of the rockers but there is some more noise since I installed the SA rockers. A new opti made my car run but I still have the same problem my old one had .

Ignore that MAF system failure code because earlier today I forgot to plug in the MAF sensor and never cleared the code.

A bad OPTISPARK can cause similar problems.

I am not the most experienced with the logs, but the biggest thing that jumps out at me, is the split BLMs. That is causing the injectors on the L bank to be at almost half the pulsewidth of the R bank. Any log while actually driving the car when it is acting up?

Strangely, you are getting a teeny bit of spark retard, but the knock count does not change.

I havent got a log while driving, I can do one if you think it will benefit. What could cause this? I am thinking just an exhaust leak but one this bad? Also, if it were an exhaust leak, how would it affect both banks? An exhaust leak is the only possible explination I can think of. Its a stock throttlebody and everything.

Oh yeah, and right when I start it, it will rev to like 1600 for a bit then slowly go down to its idle. During this time it will backfire and stuff. There is an audable clicking from outside the engine but not really anything loud. Not enough to hear it from the inside of the car anways.

What are my possabilities besides exhaust, could this possibly be anything internal that would require me to take the engine apart again?

Another discovery, the rich/lean banks SWITCHED after the opti install. My lelft bank used to be the lean one and my right bank used to be rich, now my right bank is the lean one and my left bank is the rich one.

My right injectors seem to be open twice as long as the left bank... What could possibly cause this? And even then it still says my left bank is running lean?

Well...im not really sure about your problem, but when my car is still warmin up and i try to shift around 3 K i get a pop from the exhaust but then once it is warm the pops go away. Also, when i rev up i get a lot of popping. I think i need new plugs and wires...

I would check and make sure all of you plugs are in tight. I first had the same problem you have. Exept it wasn't as bad. So I did plugs, wires, and O2 sensors. We it drove great after that. 2 weeks later the symptoms appeared again. So I checked everything out and I found plugs that had backed themselves out! Not only just the plugs but the one 02 sensor also (the one thats a B*tch to get to). So I would just say to go and check all these things previously mention.
Hope it helps
