My Bad Luck
Well, I got the exhaust on and was heading back to my grandparents house with the TA and the Girlfriend to pick up some stuff and head back home. Well, half way back (on side roads) I gave it a little gas and the car started popping as if it had a bad miss. It lost a ton of power and now idles differently. When I got it back to the house, I popped the hood and could hear clicking (louder than it should be with Roller Rockers)
My uncle took a look at it and said it could either be a dropped valve or a loose rocker. I was in a rush to get back to work at 5 so I didnt have time to pop the valve covers off. Any guesses on what it could be?
What is the proper way of tightening the rockers? I put the cylinders to TDC and went a 1/4 past from when the pushrod stopped spinning. I have Comp Cams Pro Mag 1.6 RR's so they have little "retaining" bolts to keep them from backing out. I tightened them down as well...
I hope it's nothing serious...

The spin method of adjusting rockers is not the proper method for finding zero lash. Tighten the rocker until the pushrod stops moving up and down to find zero lash, then tighten an additional amount as reccomended by lifter manufacturers specs.
I was using the spin method and got mine way to tight with my Comp 'R' lifters and was causing valve float at high rpms.
