MSD or stock

thinking of replacing my coil with MSD instead of oem....everything else is about stock.Not planning on any real upgrades.but it could happen.
whats your opinion or preference on the two ?

Some say that the MSD Blaster coils can crap out an Opti pre-maturely......
I have no personal experience because I don't have the coil - I only have the box.

I haven't had any problems with mine but i think a lot of other people have. Maybe get an accel coil it might be better than the stock coil.

Dang man....kinda hate to hear that.
wouldnt want to shorten the opti life you know LoL
maybe best to stay stock......

Advice varies by the year of your car. 96-97 coils are better than the 93-95 ones (but they don't interchange).

It would be helpful if you had a short sig, indicating some basic info about your car. Some of the more helpful/knowledgeable people won't even bother to respond if you don't include it. Hard to get a meaningful response sometimes without that info. Very frustrating for people that would like to help. :blah:
