mph reads on the 150 side instead of zero
mph reads on the 150 side instead of zero
im having trouble i was about to pick up my car today after getting repaired from the accident when i noticed the speedometer isnt set right.
its pinned past 150mph and when i turn the guages on (with key) it wont move... everyother guage works except the mph one...
anyone know a quick fix?
i personaly think that when the guages were out of the car the mph needle moved all the way to the 150 side, and when they hooked it back up it thinks the 150 side is normal start side.
any ideas? I told them that ill pick it up later when they fix the guages.
im just wondering whats up with it

I'd take it back to them, don't try to fix it yourself or else they will say you broke something when actually they did. Good job leaving it there and having them fix it. Sounds kindof like they got the thing in backwards. When you turn the key on and the gauges move which way does the speedo go? should go clockwise
If it doesn't move at all, it's proabably jammed.
Maybe they just topped it out and went too far
