Motor Mount ?

How tough is it to change both motor mounts? My passenger side header flange is rubbing on something and I had it on a lift today and they said it was happening because my motor mounts are sagging. Are htere any install guides or should I just let the shop do it? Whats a fair price to have them installed? Thanks

Are they motor mounts the same for v6/lt1 cars? If not, how hard are they to change?
