Okay i live in small mountain town, no body shops or mechanic shops close so:
I want my 350 LT1 to be a 383 Stroker
what do i need & how much is this gonna cost rough guestimate?

Since you live in a remote location, I am thinking your best bet would be to have a crate motor shipped to you. In that case, here are a couple places that have reasonable deals on built up 355 and 383 LT1 engines.
