actually, i had motives till last week. they broke (on street tires) needless to say. they lasted 1 year, about 20000 miles or so. they whined a little, nothing crazy but with the radio off you could hear em. got strange gears this time. i just took the car for a spin and ZERO whine (so far, but i dont see how that would change??). same guy who installed them last time did them this time as well. i guess ill see how these hold up but a lot of people i spoke to this time said to go with the strange, so im giving them a shot

to answer your question, i think 165$ shipped is a good price. and i wouldnt waste money on the girdle either. jmo

Why do I say Strange is just as good as Mark Williams?

Mainly because I've used both in multiple cars... And personally I like Strange better... Mark williams is probably the best, but if your entire rear axle isn't their stuff it may not go together correctly.

I've run both strange axles and Mouser Axles... those are comparable, but Strange's pro-axles seem to take HP/TQ a little better w/o fracturing.
