If you got the cam with LE1 heads from Lloyd the correct springs will come on the head. If you purchased the cam alone from a private party, you should probably contact Bret (SStrokerAce) for a spring recommendation.

My cam from bret is a cross between a LE1-LE2, bret installed comp cam 918's and also did the installed hieght. Which came out perfect, prfect spring for aggressive cam lobes. Also with beehives it saves on valve train weight, even if steel retainers are used.

If installed spring height was not done, then any spring can coil bind and break. Just putting a set a springs in is not the proper way of doing it.
