what is the best install guide offered online dealing with the lt1 and changing plugs and wires. i have searched and i know there are many resources but i want to make this as painless as possible and start out with the best install how-to. thanks for the help and wish me (my arms)luck

There is no one guide. Nearly everyone has a different opinion on how to do it. Some people remove all kinds of stuff and others don't remove hardly anything. It's just what works for you. You might also try the search feature to see what opinions there are.
