More Trouble Codes ???

Pull code 48 MAF Ckt,, is that a MAF Sensor???

Will a MAF from a 00 Z28 work to make sure that this is the problem??? My car is OBD-1 and the 00 is a OBD-11...

Im not sure of the difference if any in the two but you can check a couple things if you have a volt meter. Terminal C should read 12vdc to ground, Terminal B should read continuity to ground with 0vdc potential. Check continuity between the sensor and the PCM from term A to the PCM. Also that wire should be more that 4V and less than 6V. Anything more or less can indicate a wiring problem or faulty PCM.

One more thing, That code can be caused by a vacuum leak. The manual says to check short and long term fuel trim for being in the optimal range(both banks).
