KBDD SFC's and Longtubes...

Couple quick questions for those who have Jet-Hot or Hooker LT's. First, what did you use to seal the connection between the driver's side header that comes apart. (i.e.- one of the primaries comes off and has to be installed onto the header.) Also, anyone running Kenny Brown DD SFC's with their longtubes? With the Y-pipe up there it doesn't look like there will be enough room in there. Thanks for any help.

I used a home depot part that is meant to connect pipes together. Check in plumbing; it comes with a rubber part you have to discard.

I did some pics for somebody else a while back; check the archives, maybe there is still something about it

I just scuffed mine up with some sand paper...removing some of the coating and forced the two together with a twisting motion.
It takes some effort but it won't leak then.
