Modding question... please help me...
Re: Modding question... please help me...
I am going to have to agree with everyone else. If you do the headers first, you can do heads later, then match the cam with this setup to get the most horsepower out of your ride. If that is not what you want then by all means go ahead and do it in whatever order you want. It is YOUR car, but keep in mind many people on this board have done this all before and know what they are talking about.

Not gonna do heads... just the cam and headers. Heads a while down the road. But I guess headers first... Everyone seems to think so.

You wont hurt it, but you will be putting alot of money into something that will not net you as much power as simply doing other bolt ons first... Its like Math, order of operations, it just works better if you do things in a certain order... sorry for the math reference, 2 o clock calculus class owns me....

Well, like some other dude said, I will end up down the same road at the end. I just want a nice lope and some extra power up top while making things easier downlow. You think the cam first will do what I want until I get headers? I really want a nice sounding lope. The minor power increase will be only temporary... it will just make things seem as if the Long Tubes will be adding all the extra power... right? L0L
Well... sorry if I seem if i'm asking for advice and refusing to accept it. But everytime I see an answer, another question kind of comes to mind and i'm curious to know things. Sorry
