mix n match.

Ok another question,

Im getting ready to assemble the shortblock for my 355 buildup (stock crank no stroker). Im concerned with using the stock windage tray. I want to use ARP bolts because im not sure about the strength of the standard GM bolts (looking at 450 FWHP finished) but i know that in order to use the stock windage tray it might be neccessary to use a few of the GM studs just for those locations that the tray bolts too. Sounds sucky to mix n match but would it be okay? not recommended? Should i just ditch the stock windage tray and go with the canton setup?

On a short side note, is there any recommended spray cleaner and lube that I should use to do final prepping on parts before assembly? IE: cleaning bores stuff like that.

Thanks
Steve
