The other day may car started to stutter and miss while driving to work. I noticed one of my 8.5 MSD Super Conductor wires was arcing into my header. Well, I have a new wire on the way but in the meantime I thought I could get by with a wire my friend had laying around. It is an Accel 8mm. My car still stutters and backfires. Provided there is no arcing and no wires are crossed, could mixing different brand wires with different diameters still cause my car to still act up?
