miss when warm after cam install?

I posted this over in computer programing but I think that it may be a different problem. The car will start fine when cold. It will idle fine too (a little low though) until it warms up then I start to get what sounds like a light thump or a pop every few seconds. My IAC counts never go below 90 and my MAP reads around 55 ish Kpa. My BLM's are split really bad, the left is at 105 and the right is 180 or so. I've already tuned the for the 30# SOV's and bunped my idle up to 900. What could be causing this to happen. Could it be that when the lifters get pumped up one of them may be making my valves out of adjustment??? Thanks for your help in advance!

The plug wires are good and the O'2 wires are good also. Are you saying that my O2 have gone bad totaly? They did go up and down when I let off of the gas.
