Miss-fire or drivetrain related?
Miss-fire or drivetrain related?
Heres the story, i bought a short stick from hawkins used the hardware that came with it, and about a month later the stick loosed up and caused me to hit 2nd gear at 80mph with 4:10's

As soon as i let the clutch out the car started hopping, but didnt hop more than twice and the rpms didnt catch in the motor because the clutch was slipping.
Aside from that
now whenever my car is under a light load or no load (moving) it has a really light chug feeling, almost like cam serge. I replaced the tranny mount after it happend and it didnt solve it.
Ive checked the rearend to make sure it didnt blow up but it has almost no play, u-joints feel solid from what i can tell under the car.
Is it possible that i hurt a bearing or bushing in the tail shaft
but
i just replaced the plugs with ngk iridiums tr55's gapped at .054 on the same day, so im not sure if its a light load miss or broken drivetrain.
